Question Mark

What's the difference?

Apprenticeships can last anywhere up to four years and are traditionally offered within a trade, i.e. electricians, builders, chefs, engineers.

Traineeships are up to two years long, and are often used as a stepping stone to undertaking further formal qualifications - some even provide advanced standing in an apprenticeship.
